We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review the following guidelines to determine if you are eligible for a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Products: The product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and labels.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
  • Exclusions: Certain products are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (e.g., opened bottles of wine), personalized items, and gift cards.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at geral@anforanomada.pt with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product(s).
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the product(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the package is adequately insured.

3. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned product(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the product(s) are approved for return, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective product).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at geral@anforanomada.pt with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with a replacement product or a full refund, including shipping costs. We may also request that you return the damaged or defective product to us, in which case we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., opened bottles of wine)
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used or damaged after receipt
  • Products not in their original packaging
